PHJOY Maya: Contrast Between the Logo and the Rules
The lobby footer and the Maya rules do not say the same thing. According to Maya, its Lucky Games tile has been dark for PHJOY players and everyone since 16 August 2025, after the BSP directed wallets to cut links to online gambling sites, and any cash-in or withdrawal now belongs on the gaming provider’s own website or app. The PHJOY phone footer still shows a Maya mark, and the phone promotion list carries a promotion tied to depositing by Maya. That is a promotion, not a payment menu, and this site does not repeat its terms.
So phjoy maya is a question for the cashier. Three players read it three ways:
First time. Look for Maya in Deposit after you sign up. Seeing it named is useful; not seeing it is useful too, and either result tells you which wallet to fund.
Regular. Maya’s support text on linked-bank cash-in says the maximum is PHP 20,000 per transaction, and daily and monthly wallet limits still apply. Plan large top-ups around both.
Careful player. Maya’s gaming page sells gaming pins, a different product from a casino deposit. Do not follow any “Maya casino” guide that mixes the two.
Maya Account Limits Worth Reading
Limits come from the account type, shown in the app under Account Limits. The table lists the published figures, which the page itself marks as subject to change.
| Account type | Wallet balance per month | Bank transfer sending | Receiving from other banks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | PHP 50K | Not available | PHP 50K per transaction |
| Upgraded | PHP 100K | PHP 100K a month, 40 times | PHP 50K per transaction |
| Super Users | PHP 500K | PHP 500K a month, 80 times | PHP 50K per transaction |
| Ultimate Users | PHP 5M | PHP 5M a month, unlimited count | PHP 50K per transaction |
Two Maya pages disagree about what upgrading yields: one figure, PHP 500,000 a month, comes from the upgrade page, and the other, PHP 100,000, from a support article. The account-limits table is the one to trust.
Fees matter on the way out. Moving pesos by InstaPay out of Maya into a different local bank carries a PHP 10 fee per successful send, while the BSP’s FAQ says the receiving end pays nothing. On PESONet, Maya’s support page allows PHP 100 at the low end and PHP 300,000 at the top for one send, and a day’s sends together may reach PHP 1,000,000.
First time. Basic accounts cannot send bank transfers, so upgrade before you plan any cash-out by that route. Regular. Count your monthly transfers if you use Upgraded. Careful player. Keep the receipt of every transfer in one folder.
Maya Casino Questions: When Maya Is Not in the Cashier
A missing Maya entry is a normal result, not a malfunction. The 2025 change means a wallet logo on a footer, a promotion on a phone list and a working deposit are three separate things. If Maya is absent, pick a listed bank route and the wallet can still be your receiving end for a cash-out. Maya’s own statement about leftover gaming funds is to use the provider’s website or app.
First time. Do not chase a Maya route through search results. Regular. Keep your Maya account upgraded so a bank transfer is available when you need it. Careful player. Treat any “Maya agent” offering a casino top-up as a stranger with your money.
Read on with the PHJOY GCash page on Maya top-ups, the PHJOY PESONet cut-offs and Maya top-ups and the PHJOY InstaPay limits and Maya top-ups, or return to the PHJOY payment methods and Maya top-ups. Find Maya in the PHJOY cashier
After sign-in, open Deposit and see whether Maya appears as a choice and what it asks for.

Run one small transfer
Try a small sum first, save the receipt, and let it show in the PHJOY balance before sending a second.
