PHJOY Casino Terms Glossary: Eight Entries
This casino terms glossary keeps each entry short and ties it to a peso example. The words are the ones that appear in rules screens and promotion pages, and no entry states an offer amount.
- Bet unit. One standard wager. With a ₱10 unit, a ₱500 session is 50 units.
- Game weighting. The percentage of a stake that the turnover meter records. At 50 percent, a ₱100 bet counts as ₱50.
- Turnover. The total you must wager before a bonus can be withdrawn. A multiple of 10 on ₱200 means ₱2,000 of bets.
- RTP. Return to player, a long-run percentage. Mahjong Ways carries 96.92 percent on PG Soft’s page, while JILI leaves the field empty.
- Volatility. The unevenness of wins. JILI labels Super Ace as low to medium.
- Max win. The top payout, written as so many times the stake. Super Ace lists 10000x.
- Ways to win. A count of paths, not lines. Super Ace lists 1024 ways.
- Free game. A bonus round with its own multipliers, as in Golden Empire.
First time. Read entries 1 and 3 first, because they set your spending. Regular. Add 5 and 6 when you compare games. Careful player. Study 2 and 3 together before accepting any bonus.
Game Weighting and Turnover: Where Cost Hides
A bonus can look easy until two words combine. Say the turnover target is ₱2,000 and a game counts at 50 percent. Then ₱4,000 of play is needed to clear it, because each peso counts half.
| Target | Weighting | Play needed |
|---|---|---|
| ₱2,000 | 100 percent | ₱2,000 |
| ₱2,000 | 50 percent | ₱4,000 |
| ₱2,000 | 10 percent | ₱20,000 |
The table is arithmetic, not an offer. The terms page of any promotion sets the real numbers.
First time. Do this sum before you click anything. Regular. Check which games are excluded. Careful player. If the sum frightens you, skip the bonus.
Words That Describe Games: RTP, Volatility, Max Win
These three often get blurred. RTP is a long-haul average, volatility is the ride’s shape, and max win is the roof. All three sit on PG Soft’s pages; JILI’s pages print max win and volatility but not RTP.
For a deeper read of the second, see the slot volatility guide. For counts of lines and ways, the paylines page goes through examples.
First time. Look at max win last. Regular. Pair a volatility label with your stake size. Careful player. A high ceiling does not mean frequent wins.
Using the Glossary: Bet Unit First
A worked case: a ₱20 bet unit and a 25-unit session means ₱500 at risk, and a 40x turnover on a ₱100 bonus would mean ₱4,000 of play.
Pick a game, open its info page, and find each word from the list. If a term is missing from the page, it is unknown, not zero. Keep a note of what you find.
The bankroll limits guide puts the bet unit to work, and the slot choice list when reading glossary readers uses these words. Back at the blog hub, the other guides wait. Account steps are on the login help while on glossary readers and register form, with phone routes on the app page for glossary readers and wallets on the GCash note.
